At Telio, we build technology that reconnects people.
Our systems enable hundreds of thousands of inmates to stay connected with their families and loved ones. We believe correctional facilities should not only serve as punishment, but also as an opportunity for rehabilitation and a second chance. Through secure communication technology, digital services, and modern software platforms, we elevate the professional and human standards of correctional institutions and other regulated environments (e.g., clinics and state institutions).
This is a mission-critical internal product environment where reliability, security, and engineering excellence directly impact real lives.
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will take end‑to‑end responsibility for designing, operating, and continuously improving complex on‑premise, cloud, and Kubernetes network environments. - Drive incident management and root cause analysis, communicating impact and resolution clearly to stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize network performance using centralized observability tools, logs, metrics, and flow analytics
- Plan and execute network upgrades, lifecycle activities, and modernization initiatives
- Operate and improve network infrastructure managed by Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation)
- Reduce manual configuration through automation and API‑driven workflows
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and resilience concepts, including failover testing
- Ensure networks meet audit, compliance, and security standards in regulated environments
- Maintain high‑quality architecture diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with international IT, cloud, platform, and security teams, and contribute to cross‑border projects
