Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, protocols and systems
What You'll Bring
5+ years' senior network engineering experience in a Telco/ISP environment, including experience as a technical escalation point
Strong switching and routing, firewall and security, and dynamic routing/VPN experience (BGP, MPLS, OSPF preferred)
Juniper experience (MX, EX, SRX, NFX, QFX) – JNCIA/JNCIS highly regarded
Fortinet experience (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) – NSE4 or above highly regarded
Understanding of VOIP, and datacentre experience including patching and racking
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and prioritise
Ability to travel interstate for deployments as required, and flexibility for after-hours work
Why Join Us
You'll be part of a close-knit, values-driven team with a genuine local culture - built on respect, teamwork, having a bit of fun, and getting things done.
We value fresh ideas and innovation, and your technical expertise will be trusted and respected. You'll have the autonomy to make a real contribution, bring your own ideas to the table, and help shape how our NOC operates and continues to improve.
