Own and evolve Seakeeper’s NetSuite ERP as both hands-on administrator and design authority, covering modules from finance to manufacturing, integrations, security, and release management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Seakeeper is the global leader in marine stabilization, on a mission to transform the way people experience life on the water – and keeping Seakeeper itself running smoothly is one very busy NetSuite environment. Order-to-cash, procurement, inventory and BOMs, manufacturing and MRP, warranty, quality, financials, HRIS, our dealer-facing commerce site – practically nothing at Seakeeper happens without touching NetSuite in some way. As our NetSuite Administrator & Architect, you'll own both sides of it: the hands-on administration (security, configuration, data integrity, releases) and the design authority over where it goes next. The business identifies what's needed, and you decide how the platform delivers it – accountable for keeping it stable, well-documented, and built to scale as we grow. You won't be one admin among several, and you won't spend your day buried in a ticket queue. You'll have real autonomy over how our ERP platform is designed and run, and real accountability for making sure that work outlasts any one person. You'll make an immediate impact by:
Platform Architecture & Roadmap
Integration & API Management
Security & User Administration
System Configuration & Enhancement
Release & Change Management
Platform Health, Performance & Recoverability
Data Integrity & Automation
Reporting & Analytics
Business Partnership & Support
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

YOUR TEAM
You’ll be a part of our Enterprise Applications team, which sits within the Business Technology vertical, and play a critical role in how the entire company runs. You'll work alongside business systems analysts who bring you the requirements, a NetSuite developer who builds what you design, and support analysts who keep the day-to-day moving, plus close partners in Infrastructure & Security and Software Engineering. This is a rare scope for a single seat, and deliberately so.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
It’s true that we make extraordinary products, but our favorite part about Seakeeper is our people! We believe in participative leadership. That means you have the freedom to make a difference and contribute to the larger goal, regardless of your position. Great ideas can strike at any moment, and when you have one, you’re empowered to speak up!
We are constantly pushing (or crushing) boundaries. Stagnant or bored are about as opposite from Seakeeper as you can get! We move quickly and if there is something that can be improved upon, we jump on it.
WHO WE ARE
71% of our Earth is covered by water and we want everyone to make the most of it. That’s why we are committed to creating products that transform the boating experience with an organization that employees want to work for, customers want to buy from, and vendors want to partner with. Seakeeper Ride, a Vessel Attitude Control System, eliminates underway pitch and roll, making time on the water safer and more comfortable for everyone on board.
Seakeeper was founded in 2008, growing from a start-up operation to the worldwide leader in stabilization thanks to its popular line of gyrostabilizers. Seakeeper Ride launched in 2022 and is the first product deviation from that line, bringing the magic of Seakeeper to boats while underway. There’s a long runway of growth ahead as more and more OEMs adopt Seakeeper Ride as standard equipment and we work to make aftermarket refits a reality.
Ready for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? Want to help us disrupt an industry? Come on and apply, we are ready for you!
