Senior .Net Software Developer

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company that helps businesses take control of their mission-critical processes. With a multitude of programs covering pricing, trade, royalties and incentives, it can be complicated to see where all the money is flowing, let alone how much difference it makes to the topline and the bottom line. With Vistex, business stakeholders can see the numbers, see what really works, and see what to do next – so they can make sure every dollar spent or earned is really driving growth, and not just additional costs. The world’s leading enterprises across a spectrum of industries rely on Vistex every day to propel their businesses.

Vistex is growing and we are looking for Senior .NET Developer, who will lead the design and evolution of complex software systems, blending technical expertise with the art of programming. Operating with high autonomy, you’ll influence architectural direction, mentor fellow developers, and contribute to cutting-edge technologies that redefine our client experiences

We are looking for a new colleague in Walldorf with over 6 years of experience in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core and is open to work on-site at least two days per week.

Responsibilities:

• leading technical analysis and architectural decisions to building scalable, secure .NET applications and RESTful services
• owning the full lifecycle of delivered solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and operational stability
• driving improvements to system architecture, coding standards, and engineering practices
• resolving complex and ambiguous technical problems across components and services
• coaching and mentoring mid-level and junior developers through structured feedback, pairing, and leading high-standard code reviews.
• conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions and support team capability growth
• partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into robust solutions, supporting CI/CD and containerization practices
• contributing to technical strategy, design discussions, and solution brainstorming
• ensuring application performance, security, and operational stability

About us: The Vistex platform helps businesses finally get control of all their different promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives. With so many programs across so many partner relationships, it can be impossible to see where all the money is going, let alone how much difference it’s actually making to revenue. With Vistex, business leaders can see the numbers, see what really works, and see what to do next – so they can make sure every dollar they spend really is driving more growth, not just more costs. It’s why global enterprises ranging from Coca-Cola to Sony to Grainger rely on Vistex every day. Vistex | Now it all adds up.™
