Senior Meta Ads Strategist and Media Buyer (Client-Facing)
Job Overview
MVR Digital is hiring a Senior Meta Ads Strategist and Media Buyer to own Meta strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium and luxury DTC brands. You will be in Ads Manager daily building, testing, and scaling campaigns. You will also set the strategy and defend it on client calls.
About MVR Digital
MVR Digital is a performance marketing agency working with premium and luxury DTC and e-commerce brands to grow profitably online. Adweek named us one of the Fastest Growing Agencies. We work across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV, plus email, creative, and landing pages. The team is fully remote, direct, and focused on results.
Our Values
- Act Like an Owner
- Clarity over Complexity
- Serve Clients’ Best Interest
- We Win Together, We Lose Together
- Data-Informed, Human-Led
What Success Looks Like
Your mission is to run 4 to 5 client accounts, each at $100K+ a month in Meta spend, so that performance moves toward target without leadership in the daily details. In your first year:
- By month 4, 80% or more of your accounts are green against their monthly goals
- Zero client-seen launch errors each quarter
- Every test closes with a written verdict in the change log
- By month 3, fewer than 2 media questions a month reach leadership from your clients
What You Will Do
- Own Meta strategy and daily execution across your accounts: build, structure, budget pacing, testing, and scaling
- Manage $100K+ per month in Meta spend against MER, ROAS, and CPA targets
- Configure and QA tracking yourself: pixel, CAPI, event quality, catalog, and feed health
- Run structured creative testing. Brief creative, critique what comes back, and connect creative performance to your in-platform decisions
- Support Google, TikTok, and other channels where they affect your accounts, and hold a point of view on cross-channel budget allocation
- Lead the Meta portion of client calls. Explain performance clearly, bring a recommendation, and push back when a request will not serve the client
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on paid social at an agency or high-growth brand
- Deep Meta expertise: Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, CAPI, and incrementality
- Personally owned $100K+ monthly Meta budgets with documented efficiency gains
- DTC or e-commerce ownership. Premium or luxury AOV experience is a strong differentiator
- Working Google Ads knowledge. You do not need Google depth, but you can speak to it credibly
- GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution fluency
- Fluent, confident English and strong client communication. This role is client-facing
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-moving remote environment
Role Details
- Full-time independent contractor
- Fully remote. Based in the US or Canada, with overlap with US time zones for client calls
Perks
- Paid time off
- Paid company holidays
- Flexible Fridays
- Remote-first collaboration
- Quarterly bonus opportunities
