You have demonstrated experience owning critical production incidents and complex service-recovery activities, as well as leading service transitions, knowledge transfer, operational readiness and stabilisation programmes.
You also bring expertise in ITIL-aligned service management, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management, together with stakeholder management, operational risk, audit and compliance, capacity and availability management, and business continuity.
Experience with observability technologies such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana or Zabbix is valuable.
Desirable exposure includes Oracle API Gateway, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Identity Management (IDM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Apache Web Server, load balancers, Control-M, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices, and telecom CRM, Billing and Order Management ecosystems.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
