About Us:
NOYZ is a first-of it’s-kind fine fragrance house born in LA. Fragrances fueled by feelings, not fantasies are made with unconventional, clean ingredients and innovative formats. Always rooted in real, raw and authentic storytelling. We’re flipping the script on the category, replacing perfection with personality and industry rules with a bit of rebellion. Refinery 29 said it best, “NOYZ is the brand for the cool kids who don’t want to smell like everyone else.”
Backed by Beach House Group — the powerhouse behind BÉIS by Shay Mitchell, Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross, and florence by mills — NOYZ is the next category-defining brand. Based in Los Angeles with offices in El Segundo, our team is built for impact, bringing together brilliant minds to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
The 30,000 Foot View:
At NOYZ, we move fast, think big and play where culture is created – not copied. This is a team that embraces creative freedom and storytelling, while having fun doing things differently.
We move at the speed of culture, obsess over the details, and bring standout products to market. Our Product Development team is small, close-knit, and high-impact. The Senior Manager, Product Development plays a critical role in driving NOYZ’s fragrance innovation and new product pipeline from brief to launch. Working hand in hand with the Head of Product Development, this individual helps lead the development process end to end, briefing new formulas, managing cross-functional timelines, contract manufacturer and supplier relationships, and testing and regulatory processes. This role partners directly with leadership to execute NOYZ’s three-year innovation pipeline, turning strategy into standout launches. It operates with a high degree of independence and leadership within a small, fast-moving team, and is well suited to an experienced developer who is confident taking the lead and bringing new products to life.

- Work with component suppliers on development, sampling, decoration, and production readiness, tracking every milestone
- Manage packaging compatibility and transit testing alongside formula testing to protect launch schedules
- Support the artwork and proofing process with Creative, ensuring final files meet spec, brand standards, and compliance requirements
