The Global People Operations Senior Manager is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for helping build, scale, and run the core People Operations programs that support Schellman’s global, growing workforce. Reporting to the Director of People Experience this role owns the operational backbone of the employee lifecycle—from new hire administration through offboarding—while ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across all the regions in which Schellman operates.
This individual will lead a team of People Operations professionals and partner closely with all of Schellman’s Corporate Functions and Delivery business leaders. This role will be expected to partner with the Manager of People Technology to drive systems and processes efficiency as well as partnering with the Director of People Experience on managing vendor relationships needed to support Schellman’s global expansion. The ideal candidate combines deep HR operations expertise, strong process discipline, employment law, and the judgment to navigate multi-country compliance requirements while keeping the employee experience at the center of every decision.

Service Delivery team members will also be required to travel based on business and client needs.
