About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of live production, technical operations, and cross-regional collaboration. You will help shape how Netflix Live operates across APAC — balancing global technical standards with local production realities and creative relevance.

You will regularly collaborate with teams across the US and APAC, often navigating fast-moving environments where priorities, ownership structures, and operational approaches are still evolving. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to build trust across diverse cultures, teams, and production ecosystems.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves live production, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to help build the future of Netflix Live across some of the most dynamic entertainment markets in the world. You will work across a wide range of live productions — from Korean and Japanese live shows to large-scale global events — helping define how Netflix scales live entertainment across the region.

• 10+ years of live broadcast, remote operations, or live technical production experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
