Lead Nurture & Conversion
[Remote / Hybrid] · Full-time · Growth / Marketing
We offer a considered, high-trust product to finance leaders, with an extended path to purchase.
Your job is to build the nurture engine that keeps those leads warm and turns them into pipeline. It’s one of the key unlocks for our growth.
What you will do
amnis is a Zurich-headquartered fintech, that re-thinks cross border finances for international companies, and we are at the beginning of our growth journey. The opportunity: if you join us now, you get to shape how we grow - not inherit someone else’s playbook.
We are a sharp and genuinely friendly team that runs on transparency. Information is shared openly across the company, and ideas are judged on merit, not age, tenure or title. The best idea wins, and our leadership listens to every good one, whoever it comes from. Expect deep expertise worn lightly, a lot of humor, and real collaboration across functions.
Because we are early in our scale-up, your work is visible and it counts. You won’t be a small fish in a big pond. What you build moves the needle, and you can see the impact on the business directly - which is both rewarding and genuinely fun. For a senior manager who wants to grow in scope and ownership, there’s real room for this role to expand as we scale.
If you want to own and build the function from a blank canvas, we’d love to talk.

Your job is to build the nurture engine that keeps those leads warm and turns them into pipeline. It’s one of the key unlocks for our growth.
What you will do
- Build multi-touch nurture journeys in Salesforce that move marketing leads toward a demo or onboarding, at their own pace.
- Set up lead scoring and a clean MQL→Sales handoff so no lead is left hanging.
- Earn trust with a CFO and CEO audience through well-sequenced education and proof.
- Later, extend into onboarding, activation, and monetization as our self-serve funnel matures.
- 6+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or demand-gen, ideally B2B SaaS, regulated industries likefintech withsales-led cycles.
- A hands-on Salesforce builder who also thinks strategically.
- Someone witha track recordof turning nurture into pipeline, not just open rates.
- Comfortable building 0→1; you will shape strategy with our Head of Performance Marketing and CMO, and build V1 yourself (execution support arrives in 2027).
- Tech-savvy and confident in leveraging AI tools to maximize your output.
