As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our teams are looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.
Life Sciences is at an inflection point. Next-generation assets, increasing pipeline pressure, payer complexity, and more empowered patients are requiring organizations to move beyond traditional commercial models. From emerging biotechnology companies to global pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, our clients need partners who can connect clinical and human insight with commercial strategy, experience design, technology, and execution.
Capgemini Invent’s Life Sciences practice helps clients address opportunities across the treatment and commercial lifecycle, including launch strategy, market access, pricing, patient services, customer engagement, commercial operations, and digitally enabled products and services. In this role, you will also be part of the frog community, bringing frog’s human-centered design, creativity, and experience-led transformation capabilities to Life Sciences clients. This combination allows us to develop commercial strategies that are human-centered and experiences that are commercially sound.
As a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Commercial Strategy & Experience Design, you will lead high-impact engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. Your work will span early commercial and launch planning through market maturation, helping clients determine how therapies are launched, priced, accessed, distributed, adopted at scale, and managed through loss of exclusivity.
You will combine deep Life Sciences commercial expertise with experience-design and product fluency. Working with senior client executives and multidisciplinary Capgemini Invent and frog teams, you will frame complex business challenges, uncover patient and provider needs, define commercially viable strategies and experiences, and guide solutions from strategy and concept through build, launch, and iteration.
