Senior Manager Demand Planning & S&OP - IT Business Partnering (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about transforming how global organizations plan, forecast and make decisions?

As Senior Manager Demand Planning & S&OP – IT Business Partnering, you will play a key role in shaping the future of planning at Sonova. Positioned within IT and working at the intersection of Supply Chain Planning, Business and Technology, you will connect Demand Planning and S&OP expertise with technology delivery, helping us build a more integrated, scalable and data-driven planning environment.

You will act as a trusted partner for the Demand Planning domain, understanding business priorities and translating them into technology capabilities and solutions. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, internal IT teams and external technology partners, you will help drive the transformation of our planning landscape. A key part of this journey is the continued implementation and evolution of o9, our AI-enabled planning platform.

This is an opportunity to bring your strong Demand Planning and S&OP expertise into a technology-enabled transformation role with global reach and significant cross-functional exposure.
