About Eucalyptus
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
- Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
- Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
- Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Engineering, managing a team of 4-5 people by the end of the year. What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the UK data team across Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
- Set the direction, priorities, and operating model for the team, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value strategic initiatives.
- Partner with UK Product, Commercial, Analytics, and Operations leaders to shape and deliver the international data roadmap.
- Work with Data and Technology leaders globally to build a consistent, scalable, and internationally aligned data platform.
- Lead the data strategy and execution required to support the launch of new markets and new brands.
- Oversee the migration of international data platforms onto shared GCP infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and sound architectural judgement across data, ML, and platform decisions.
- Build a high-performing, accountable team with clear ownership, strong standards, and sustainable delivery practices.
About You
- 8+ years of experience across data engineering, machine learning, data science or platform engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or leading a modern data platform.
- A strong technical background, ideally in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or platform engineering.
- Strong commercial and product judgement, with the ability to connect technical investment to business outcomes.
- Proven ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing demands, and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Ideally have experience leading complex platform migrations, international expansion, or large-scale technology transformations.
