Crafting Cross-Product, End-to-End Experiences

As necessary, actively engage in agentic engineering—using AI coding agents, natural language prompting, and low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly prototype, build, and test working solutions.

• Generate functional prototypes in real-time alongside business users to validate assumptions and refine the product direction.

• Work out the product outreach and promotion strategies with the team responsible for customer success.

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• Define clear, measurable success metrics for each solution, focusing on business user adoption, time saved, and operational efficiency.

• Manage the backlog for your specific solutions, balancing the need for rapid feature delivery with long-term technical debt management.

• Champion the "build with GDP platforms" and AI-assisted development mindset across the organisation, demonstrating how rapidly complex problems can be solved.

• Work with the Product Marketing team in transitioning business users to new solutions, ensuring they understand the capabilities and limitations of the built products.

• Establish continuous feedback channels with business users to inform iterative improvements and identify new platform feature requests to feed back to the core
