Build and scale enterprise-grade agentic AI systems that turn complex business data into real-time, actionable insights for leaders across finance, supply chain, and R&D.
Are you ready to take part in the upcoming AI revolution of the business world? If the answer is a resounding "yes," we have an extraordinary opportunity for you!
About Us
Aily Labs is a B2B SaaS company building an AI-powered decision intelligence app for enterprises. Our mobile-first platform combines company data with advanced machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI to give business leaders clear, actionable insights in real time.
Instead of traditional dashboards and reports, Aily delivers simple, personalized recommendations powered by GenAI that help teams decide and act faster across finance, supply chain, R&D, commercial, and more. The app is designed to be intuitive for end users and easy to integrate for IT, so companies can move from analysis and indecision to confident, data-driven decisions every day.
Founded in 2020 in Munich, Aily Labs has grown into a global team of 300+ people across Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Cluj, and New York. Our mission is to democratize AI in business and enable leaders to Lead Boldly, turning complex data into decisions that drive real, measurable impact.
We are looking for AI Engineers who are passionate about the power of AI and love turning agentic systems into reliable, production-grade products: people who pair strong software engineering with applied AI, and who care as much about latency, evaluation, and robustness as they do about the model itself. Your job is to build and scale the agentic systems that power Aily's decision intelligence platform — and to make sure they work in production, at enterprise scale.
We develop the Super Agent – an agentic decision advisor that guides users from questions to decisions through natural dialogue. We also create vertical decision intelligence agents that synthesize insights across domains, helping F500 clients turn complex data into measurable business outcomes. This is all pulled together with the GenAI systems that surface insights and decision triggers to ensure users can respond to risks and opportunities immediately.
We're building production LLM systems at enterprise scale – which means tackling hard problems in evaluation, reliability, and latency while staying at the research frontier. Our challenges include grounding agents in structured business data, coordinating multi-agent workflows, and ensuring robust performance in high-stakes decision contexts. We pair strong engineering with applied research, contributing to the field through publications and establishing technical differentiation in a fast-moving space.
Own complex features and lead technical initiatives from design to implementation — grounding agents in structured business data, multi-agent orchestration, context/memory, tool use, and fast/deep response paths, in production-grade, async, typed Python
Take strong ownership of quality and performance: evaluation frameworks, monitoring, latency, and reliability of your team's developments in production.
Interact with other functions and agree on exchange protocols and architecture (Data Engineering, Backend, …).
Sponsor the creation and implementation of new software and ML standards; mentor junior teammates on technical topics, including Python engineering practices (typing, async, testability).
Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders: present and explain the AI behind business outcomes.
You are impact-driven and thrive at the intersection of AI and ML engineering, and want to build real systems that power decision-making at scale.
A scientist and a builder: you explore multiple approaches, analyze results, and iterate fast, balancing cutting-edge techniques with simple, scalable, reliable solutions that work in production.
A strong communicator and collaborator who adapts the message to different audiences and enjoys working cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers, able to explain trade-offs and designs in simple terms.
Someone with a startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and hands-on when something needs fixing or improving — beyond your immediate scope.
Ready to Lead Boldly – helping business leaders make decisive, high-stakes AI insights.
