Senior / Lead Growth Marketer (B2C) - Hybrid - - Amsterdam , Noord-Holland , Netherlands - €3,750 - €6,000 per month - B2C
Ready to excel as a Senior/Lead Growth Marketer B2C? Build growth strategies, coach your team, and grow into a team lead.
Job description
Senior. Lead. Sounds like a title you get for sticking around long enough? Not with us. At Sprints & Sneakers, senior means you set the course, not just follow it. It means building a team instead of joining one. It means your ideas make it to the next sprint, not end up at the bottom of a backlog.
If "this is how we always do it" is not an answer for you, but the start of an experiment. If you prefer testing a hypothesis over sharing an opinion at the coffee machine. If you want to not only run campaigns but also build a team, customers, and a way of working, then this is your next step.
In short
As a Senior/Lead Growth Marketer, you write the growth story of our B2C partners, and you are the one who executes the story. You build experiments that are not standard, but impactful. You focus on impact, not activity. You are the reason your team gets sharper, and the candidate we see evolving into a team lead. Data is your compass, ambition is your engine.
Sprints & Sneakers

Growth that makes an impact, for our partners and for the world beyond.
We work in agile sprints and build with a multidisciplinary team, from data experts to AI specialists, across the entire funnel, from first introduction to lifelong fan. We align with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals because Growth for Good is not just a tagline we put on a wall. It's why we choose action over appearance every morning.
