Working across a global environment, you will combine commercial acumen, analytical thinking, financial planning, contract oversight, stakeholder management, and vendor relationship expertise to support informed decision-making and long-term business success.
A key part of the role will be supporting budget planning, forecasting, quarterly and annual budget follow-up, and ensuring vendor investments align with business priorities and expected outcomes.

Performance & Value Assessment: Evaluate vendor performance, service delivery, contractual obligations, SLAs, and overall business value, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Commercial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze vendor-related costs, budgets, risks, and opportunities, creating dashboards and insights through tools such as Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Contract & Renewal Management: Prepare for and participate in vendor reviews, negotiations, contract renewals, and governance activities.
Strategic Vendor Evaluation: Assess whether existing partners continue to meet Essity's business and technology requirements while identifying opportunities for optimization and value creation.
Process Development & Improvement: Introduce proven vendor management practices, identify capability gaps, and contribute to the development of a structured vendor management framework.
