Senior IT Business Analyst - Business Process & Change

Opportunity knocks:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in operational processes, logistics and business transformation for a 12-month contract with our client.

This is a functional Business Analyst role rather than a hands-on technical position. Working within a technology-enabled change programme, you'll map complex operational and people processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into clear requirements for practical digital solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and prioritise business analysis activities
• Lead requirements elicitation and facilitate group workshops
• Apply logical thinking and produce clear written documentation
• Resolve problems using a sound understanding of business drivers and priorities
• Define, assess and document business options

About you:

• At least five years Business Analyst experience
• Strong operational and people-process mapping expertise
• Experience in process improvement and business transformation
• Exposure to digital solution delivery within an IT environment
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Effective engagement with operational teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills
• Ability to assess business options and translate operational needs into clear requirements
