Summary:

Act as an essential link between business requirements and technical teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions focused on data products.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between business needs and developers.

• Contribute to building common capabilities for Data Products within GDM.

• Design advanced solutions related to data and analytics.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes.

• Manage delivery dependencies with other teams and organizational units.

• Participate actively in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.

• Handle complex end-to-end solutions and processes effectively.

• Quickly learn new technologies and ask insightful questions.

• Communicate fluently and work effectively with business users.

• Utilize banking knowledge and experience as an asset.

Must Haves:

• Knowledge of SQL (must)

• Experience with complex requirements analysis

• Data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality expertise

• Familiarity with Hive

• Strong communication skills

• Ownership of tasks, features, and user stories

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and big data

Nice to Haves:

• Python coding skills

• Experience with Spark
