Senior IT Analyst on a long-term B2B contract within a bank's Group Technology team: clarifying and documenting functional/non-functional requirements, managing stakeholders, analyzing end-to-end data flows, and supporting solution design for core banking (T24) systems. Hybrid role (3 days office) from Gdansk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, using SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
