Human Intelligence · Metro Manila, Philippines ·
At Human Intelligence, we're building something bigger than software.
We're building a future where artificial intelligence helps people better understand themselves, better understand one another, and ultimately create a happier, healthier, and more connected world.
We believe technology should strengthen humanity—not replace it.
By combining artificial intelligence with decades of research across human behavior, health, psychology, communication, education, leadership, and technology, we're creating products, educational experiences, digital platforms, and business resources that help individuals and organizations unlock greater human potential.
Everything we create is driven by one simple belief:
When people better understand themselves and each other, they make better decisions, build stronger relationships, improve their wellbeing, and create a better future.
As we continue our global growth, we're looking for an exceptional designer to help shape the visual identity and creative experience of Human Intelligence across every touchpoint.
This isn't a traditional design role.
You're not joining an agency producing endless revisions for different clients.
You're joining an AI-first organization where design directly influences products, education, healthcare, business transformation, and human development.
You'll work alongside ambitious teammates across product, marketing, operations, leadership, education, and technology.
You'll help create beautiful, intelligent experiences that genuinely improve people's lives.
If you enjoy combining creativity with strategy, systems thinking, AI, and emerging technologies, you'll thrive here.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Compensation:
Competitive monthly USD retainer based on experience, portfolio, location, and demonstrated capability, plus performance-based incentives where applicable. Final compensation follows the documented remuneration structure for this role.
We're looking for a world-class designer who understands that great design is far more than making things look beautiful.
Great design creates clarity.
It builds trust.
It simplifies complexity.
It inspires action.
It tells stories.
Most importantly, it helps people.
You'll become one of the key creative leaders responsible for shaping how Human Intelligence is experienced across digital products, presentations, business resources, educational materials, marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, AI-generated creative assets, print collateral, and future product experiences.
This is a highly strategic design role where you'll combine exceptional creative ability with modern AI tools to dramatically increase creative output without compromising quality.
Everything our audience experiences begins with design.
From the first social media post someone sees...
To the first landing page they visit...
To the first presentation they watch...
To the first educational resource they download...
Design shapes every impression.
We're looking for someone who can create work that not only looks exceptional but communicates clearly, supports learning, builds credibility, and strengthens human connection.
Your work will influence how thousands of people experience Human Intelligence every year.
As our Senior Integrative Designer, you'll own the creative execution of a broad range of business, educational, marketing, and product assets.
You'll combine strategic thinking, exceptional visual design, AI-assisted creativity, and outstanding attention to detail to produce consistently high-quality work across multiple brands and initiatives.
This is an AI-first role.
We're looking for someone who actively embraces modern AI creative tools to increase speed, quality, consistency, and creative exploration while maintaining exceptional design standards.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, product, operations, copywriters, developers, and automation specialists to bring ideas to life quickly and beautifully.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, including:
At Human Intelligence, we believe exceptional creative work comes from exceptional people empowered by modern technology, strong systems, and meaningful purpose.
We don't see AI as replacing designers.
We believe AI enables exceptional designers to think bigger, iterate faster, remove repetitive work, and spend more time creating meaningful experiences.
Every designer is expected to actively use AI as part of their creative workflow while maintaining professional judgment, originality, and outstanding quality.
Everything we create should ultimately help people.
Whether it's a presentation, a landing page, an educational resource, or a product interface, our work should create clarity, confidence, trust, understanding, and connection.
Beautiful design isn't enough.
It must communicate.
It must educate.
It must inspire.
It must improve the user experience.
We value designers who don't simply execute tasks.
We value people who think strategically, identify opportunities, improve systems, solve problems, and continuously raise the standard.
Attention to detail matters.
Typography matters.
Consistency matters.
Spacing matters.
Accessibility matters.
Every asset represents Human Intelligence.
We expect every designer to review, refine, and polish their work before submitting it.
Creative technology evolves incredibly quickly.
We encourage experimentation, curiosity, continuous learning, and exploring new AI tools that improve quality, speed, and creative possibilities.
If you're passionate about world-class design, excited by AI, obsessed with quality, and motivated by creating work that genuinely improves people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
