Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Senior Inside Sales professional who will spearhead the migration and upselling of our existing customer base to our new platform, before evolving into a full-cycle sales role driving revenue through our vehicle and asset tracking solutions. If you love building lasting client relationships, closing complex deals, and making a measurable impact at an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As a Senior Inside Sales professional, your key area of responsibility will initially be serving as the primary point of contact for migrating existing clients from our legacy platform to the new solution — identifying and closing upsell opportunities throughout the process. You will manage incoming leads and execute outbound sales strategies, conduct engaging online product demonstrations, present tailored proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new business. You will also coordinate post-sale with customer support, implementation, and deployment teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, nurturing client relationships before executing a handover to the Account Management team. You will need to work closely with Finance on contract rewrites and pricing, and partner with Marketing to manage email campaigns.

To be successful in this role you will be a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will bring strong experience managing complex, diverse client portfolios across multiple industries and a proven ability to adapt strategy to shifting market opportunities.

How you'll make an impact:

Manage complex and high-value client accounts to maximize revenue potential and strengthen Geotab's presence in enterprise segments.
Conduct inbound and outbound outreach, web demonstrations, and pricing negotiations to convert prospects into customers and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
Partner with Finance on contract rewrites and pricing structures to ensure deals are commercially sound, competitive, and closed efficiently.
Guide existing customers through the migration to the new platform to drive adoption, reduce churn, and protect recurring revenue.
Execute contracts via DocuSign to accelerate deal closure and reduce administrative friction in the sales process.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on email campaigns to generate pipeline, nurture prospects, and support lead conversion.
Sell vehicle and asset tracking solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned accounts.
Coordinate with customer support, implementation, and deployment teams post-sale to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction.
Manage diverse account portfolios across multiple industries to drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and grow account value.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting to support business planning and give leadership clear visibility into revenue performance.
Meet with customers and prospects in person to build trust, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen long-term relationships.

What you'll bring to this role:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field.
Fluency in both Dutch and English.
3+ of B2B inside sales experience.
1+ of product sales account management.
Previous SMB account sales experience.
Consultative sales experience.

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

Please note: Geotab does not accept agency resumes and is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes. Please do not forward resumes to Geotab employees.
