Senior IT Business Analyst at Crystal SL Global in Woodlands, Singapore (on-site): leads and mentors junior BAs, studies business requirements and maps them to system processes, writes functional specifications and test plans, runs SIT/UAT, tracks issue logs, and supports local and overseas end users. Core tools: SQL, databases, and Office software.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach Junior Business Analysts and Business Analysts to complete assigned tasks effectively
Manage and oversee tasks assigned to team members to ensure timely delivery
Conduct detailed business requirement studies and map business processes to system processes for accurate system alignment
Prepare Master Functional Specifications to document system requirements when needed
Develop comprehensive Test Plans for System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery
Monitor and follow up on Issue Logs to resolve system and user issues promptly
Conduct User Acceptance Testing both online and onsite for local and overseas users to validate system functionality
Provide daily online and onsite user support to local and overseas end users to ensure smooth system operation
Execute additional duties as directed by line management to support business needs
Requirements:
Knowledge / Skill
Skilled in Office software, SQL and database.
Good logical analysis ability.
Good understanding of system functionality, integrations, data flow, and system processes.
Able to identify root cause, analyse issues, and propose practical solutions.
Work Experience Description
Major in computer-related is preferred.
At least 5 years’ experience in business analysis, system requirement analysis or user support.
Experience in system implementation, enhancement, testing, UAT/EUT, go-live and post-go-live support.
