- Project Planning & Execution -Develop and manage detailed project plans, maintain schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issue escalation to ensure punctual, high‑quality delivery.
- Product Feedback & Process Improvement -Capture customer insights to inform product enhancements; contribute to refining internal implementation methodologies, templates, and tools to scale operations efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of client-facing implementation experiences - Successfully led enterprise software or platform deployments, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or other highly regulated industries. We are specifically looking for 2+ years experience with Windchill and industry knowledge of Life Sciences Quality or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Project Management - Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery. Skilled in planning, scheduling, risk management, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
- Thorough and Detail-Oriented - Known for a meticulous approach to requirements gathering, solution design, and execution. Able to anticipate gaps, catch inconsistencies, and ensure deliverables standards.
- Communication & Collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and scientific concepts for diverse audiences. Builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
