📍 Location: Addis Ababa (Office-based) | Contract
🎯 Key Duties: Manage the employee lifecycle, oversee HR compliance & labor law, lead staff performance & grievances, and handle benefits & records.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience (senior/supervisory level).
- NGO/INGO experience preferred.
