- Conduct and support thorough, objective, timely, and well-documented workplace investigations, recommending fair, consistent, and legally sound courses of action.
- Coach and develop leaders to strengthen their ability to manage performance, navigate challenging conversations, build effective teams, and drive accountability.
- Partner with leadership on talent development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees to support internal growth and long-term organizational needs.
- Support organizational changes, including team structures, leadership transitions, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Interpret and apply HR policies, employment practices, and regulatory requirements consistently while identifying opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Compliance, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives and support a consistent employee experience.
- Analyze workforce data and HR trends, including turnover, retention, employee engagement, performance, and organizational health, to identify opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead and support People & Culture initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve employee experiences, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals.
- Strong experience navigating complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and sensitive employment decisions.
- A proven ability to coach, influence, and respectfully challenge leaders while building trust and credibility across all levels of an organization.
- Experience supporting talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational change, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
