• Payroll ownership: Lead ANZA payroll end-to-end with our outsourced provider and Finance so our people are paid accurately and on time, and find ways to make it faster and simpler.
• 2IC to the HR Manager: Partner closely with the HR Manager to deliver the ANZA people strategy with opportunities to shadow and step up on strategic people work over time.
• Global exposure: Work with Global Compensation, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams, and connect with stakeholders across the Americas, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and Asia.
• Culture and engagement: Improve the employee experience from onboarding through to performance and talent reviews, and run training and team events that build capability and connection.
• Continuous improvement: Support people projects and process improvements, including Workday reporting and new ways of working.

What we look for:

• HRIS capability: Hands-on experience with Workday, SuccessFactors or a similar system
• Influence with leaders: Credibility to coach, challenge and advise leaders at all levels, in person and virtually
• Autonomy and judgement: Able to own outcomes, make sound decisions independently and handle sensitive matters discreetly
