Identify technical risks early and work directly on the actions required before production release.
• Provide Technical Leadership, Escalation Management & Knowledge Transfer
• Serve as a senior hands-on contributor for complex implementation challenges and customer escalations. Diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes or workarounds, document lessons learned, mentor Healthcare Implementation Engineers, and transfer practical implementation knowledge to support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.
