Senior Growth Designer (Lead Opportunity)

Opportunity to grow into a Lead role and own the Growth Design direction as the team scales

We're looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our flagship B2C AI product and take ownership of one of the most business-critical parts of the user journey - the path from landing page through quiz to paywall, checkout and upsell.

‍You'll work hands-on with web funnels for paid traffic: landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, checkout, upsells and everything in between. The product operates at scale, so design here isn't just about making screens look better - it's about testing ideas, understanding user behavior and finding solutions that move conversion and revenue.

You'll partner closely with Growth, User Acquisition, Product, Analytics and Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Design and iterate on web funnels - landing pages, quiz screens, and paywalls - built around specific hypotheses and A/B tests.
Build reusable visual components for our internal funnel builder (quiz screens, paywall blocks, etc.) so the team can assemble new funnels quickly, consistently, and systematically.
Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond pure growth work.
Partner closely with Growth, Acquisition, and Product - pick up hypotheses, turn them around quickly and accurately, and keep status visible to the team.
Own and maintain the design system and Figma hygiene - clean file structure, component consistency, and tracking of hypotheses and versions.
Join syncs on key metrics, understand funnel performance, and let data - not just taste - drive design decisions.

What we look for:
4+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer, with a strong track record in web funnels and performance design.
Strong understanding of web funnels and their business logic.
Professional-level Figma - components, auto-layout, design systems, clean file organization.
Hands-on experience with Claude Design.
Solid analytical skills and comfort working with key metrics; understanding of conversion and funnel performance, with the ability to connect design decisions to results (deep analytics background not required - data-driven thinking is).
Ability to quickly dive into complex problems and develop effective solutions.
High level of autonomy and accountability.
Creativity and ability to generate unconventional, bold hypotheses and fresh design directions, not just "safe" ones.
Design expertise that goes beyond execution - developing alternative concepts and pushing back with arguments when a decision breaks the user flow.
Strong results orientation and a focus on solutions rather than problems.
English proficiency - B1 or higher.

Nice to have:
motion/micro-animation skills, performance ad-creative experience, background in subscription or AI products.

What matters to this role:
Proactivity and initiative - come with proposals rather than waiting for a spec; if you see a problem, bring a solution; follow through on what you commit to.
Attention to detail - precision (text, elements, states) is part of what we mean by seniority.
Communication and responsiveness - stay reachable, keep the team updated on status, and join urgent syncs when needed.
Structured process - follow agreed workflows, track hypotheses and tasks, document decisions.
Involvement in metrics and product - engage with growth and product numbers, participate in discussions on what worked, not just the visuals.

We offer:
Real ownership and measurable impact - your work will directly influence funnel conversion, monetization, and the first-payment experience, with clear visibility into how design decisions perform.
A strong voice in Growth decisions - you won't be treated as an execution-only designer. You'll have room to challenge ideas, propose alternatives, and shape how hypotheses turn into user experiences.
A chance to build systems, not just individual screens - contribute to our internal funnel builder and create reusable design patterns that make experimentation faster and more scalable.
A fast, data-driven environment - work closely with Growth, Acquisition, Product, Analytics, and Development, run frequent experiments, and see the impact of your work quickly.
Competitive compensation based on your experience, expertise, and impact.
Access to available AI tools.
Reimbursement of professional courses and trainings.
Flexible working hours.
Professional equipment and access to the necessary programs.
Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits.
Medical insurance.
A variety of corporate events and team-building activities.
