Collaboration & Processes

Leadership
- Take initiative to keep projects moving, managing your workflow to meet overlapping deadlines and delivering work on time.
- Serve as a mentor and creative sounding board for team members and freelance designers.
- Offer solutions, propose alternative creative approaches, and help troubleshoot challenges within the Creative Services team.
