Senior Graphic Designer

At Orgill, creativity isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about helping thousands of independent retailers grow stronger businesses and compete in an evolving marketplace.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our evolving in-house creative team and help shape bold, strategic, high-quality work across brands, campaigns, events, experiences, and marketing initiatives.

This is not a production-only role.

We’re looking for someone who thinks conceptually, solves problems creatively, obsesses over details, and enjoys bringing ideas to life from concept through execution. Someone who can move between strategy and craft. Someone who wants meaningful work, variety, ownership, and the chance to help elevate creative standards inside a growing organization.

If you love great design, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborating across teams, and want your work to have visible business impact—this role could be for you.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll serve as an advanced individual contributor responsible for owning and delivering high-quality creative work across a variety of business initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Events, Sales, Technology, and internal stakeholders to create compelling visual solutions that support both business goals and customer success.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys ownership without people management—someone who wants to focus on mastering their craft, influencing outcomes, and producing exceptional work.

You’ll help move projects from concept to execution while contributing ideas, elevating quality, improving processes, and helping shape the future of a growing in-house creative function.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of timelines, details, and final production quality

Think Beyond Execution

• Contribute ideas, concepts, and creative problem-solving—not just design production
• Apply strategic thinking to creative challenges
• Balance brand standards with innovation and business objectives
• Ask thoughtful questions that improve outcomes
• Continuously look for ways to improve creative effectiveness and efficiency

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner with marketing, brand strategy, events, and internal stakeholders

• Help create clarity in ambiguous situations and move work forward

Elevate Creative Quality

• Ensure consistency across brands and deliverables
• Take pride in accuracy, detail, and craftsmanship
• Help raise the bar creatively through strong judgment and best practices

Embrace Innovation

• Explore emerging creative tools, workflows, and technologies—including AI
• Identify opportunities to improve speed, personalization, and creative quality

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Consistently delivering strong, polished creative work
• Taking ownership of projects with minimal direction
• Bringing thoughtful ideas—not just execution
• Managing competing priorities with professionalism and urgency

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

• Care deeply about design craft and details
• Enjoy solving business challenges creatively
• Are highly organized, accountable, and self-directed
• Thrive in collaborative environments
• Prefer ownership and influence over people management
• Stay curious and continuously evolve your skills

• 5–10+ years of professional design experience
• Experience in an in-house agency, agency, or multi-brand environment
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and brand development
