What you'll do
Own paid search end to end: structure, campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, negatives — Google Ads and Bing.
Launch and grow campaigns country by country; decide where to push and where to stop.
Work from a keyword table daily with analytics
Scale spend aggressively while keeping performance on target.
Own ad copy and creative testing, and align the ad with the landing page.
Always reconcile platform numbers against our own back-end data.
Keep ad accounts healthy: billing, policy compliance, fast resolution when something is flagged.
Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing.

Requirements (must-have)
4+ years buying paid search at scale for a subscription or e-commerce advertiser, personally owning a large monthly budget.
Deep Google Ads expertise: campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword clustering, negatives, pacing, automation.
Real hands-on Bing experience.
You optimize daily from data, not monthly from a report.
You know the gap between what the platform reports and what actually happened — and always check both.
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, server-side conversions and attribution, including their limits.
A track record of scaling an account several times over without losing efficiency.
Fast, decisive, comfortable owning a number.

Nice-to-have
Experience buying for a subscription product.
Experience with Meta, TikTok or other channels.
Comfort with BI tools and SQL for your own reporting.
Experience managing accounts across multiple entities and payment setups.
Experience handling ad policy escalations and appeals.
