Senior Golang Engineer (Chennai & Pune) at Money Forward – Chennai | Jobyssey

Autonomously and continuously delivers business impact across teams, product functions, or entire technical systems.

Assumes responsibility for generating business impact for designated products by optimizing delivery speed and quality through fully leveraging AI. To achieve this, autonomously builds, configures, and continuously improves a series of AI agents (harness, context, evaluation).

Does not limit themselves to specific technological areas of specialization (e.g., BE/FE), and constantly updates their role and skills to achieve overall optimization and embody a model case, amidst diverse variables such as AI-driven organizational shifts, technological trends, and business needs.

Scope of Responsibility:

Makes decisions regarding technology selection and architecture for designated products, and assumes responsibility for the end-to-end development and operation of projects
Resolves bottlenecks caused by pending specifications by leveraging generative AI for prototyping and initial production implementation to proactively refine unclear requirements through rapid hypothesis verification with stakeholders and users
Initiates work despite incomplete requirements, promotes consensus building through prototypes, experiments, and iterative improvements, and executes effectively even under uncertain conditions
Manages the balance of the team's release frequency, quality (mitigation of major incidents), and technical debt resolution, and assumes responsibility for the business impact (sales, productivity, customer value) delivered by the designated product
Goes beyond just customizing AI and operating workflows by building unique AI agents to provide technical solutions for team and organization-specific issues, while creating an environment for others to leverage them

Key Responsibilities / Expectations:

Responsibilities of the AI-Enabled Delivery Lead

As an AI-Enabled Delivery Lead, maximizes processing capacity and quality while reducing lead times by coordinating multiple AI agents and tools (sequentially or in parallel depending on the situation) and by integrating and verifying their outputs
Drives overall optimization by establishing cross-team access permissions (e.g., MCP) for logs, documentation, and code, and improving the "AI readability" of specifications and documentation to ensure AI correctly understands the context, thereby removing blockers and preventing context fragmentation to mitigate hallucinations.

Example: Accelerates the conversion from UI requirements to code using AI, producing verifiable deliverables in a matter of hours rather than days

Responsibility for Business Results

Technical Strategy: Formulates mid- to long-term strategies for projects that impact the business, plays a key role in selecting tools and technologies to enhance team productivity, and establishes them as internal standards.
Product Expertise: Actively considers customer needs and leverages opinions from product stakeholders to determine appropriate technical solutions for rapidly providing customer value.
Conducts rapid prototyping and initial production implementation within a matter of days, using generative AI (e.g., LLMs) to accelerate the exploration and learning speed of designated products to an optimal state
Achieves productivity and quality equivalent to or exceeding a traditional 2-Pizza Team (6–10 members) by leading 4–8 engineers alongside a suite of AI agents.
Builds effective AI agents and creates an environment where results can be measured by specific business impacts, such as reduction in customer workloads, improvement in sales, contracts, and usage rates, and reduction in incidents and operational risks

Maximization of Quality and Speed

Collaborates with QA specialists, understands the team's test approach, identifies gaps using quality metrics, and ensures that all quality requirements are met
Demonstrates that high-quality code enables rapid delivery and cultivates a team culture that values both quality and speed. Additionally, continuously monitors and improves the quality of AI-generated deliverables (code, tests, documents) to ensure they meet production-level standards.
Eliminates manual testing and establishes and operates a quality assurance process centered on AI-driven automated test generation and rigorous code reviews
Thoroughly implements safe agile development based on predefined "absolute constraints and boundaries" to prevent disruption of existing systems and business workflows.
