NTT DATA Italia is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive GenAI-based solutions in Milano. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and leading Data Scientists to deliver innovative analytics and AI capabilities for clients.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of data science experience, strong Python/SQL, and knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch for CV; cloud and hybrid ML deployments are a plus.
Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, ML Engineers, PMs, business analysts, and stakeholders from internal teams and external clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Lead and coordinate the Data Scientists involved in the projects. Act as the main point of contact with client-side stakeholders. Ensure that project tasks are delivered on time and executed to a high standard. 3–5 years of experience as a data scientist. Strong Python and SQL coding. Java/Scala or C++/R experience is a plus. TensorFlow and PyTorch knowledge with focus on computer vision. Knowledge of ML architecture and Generative AI pipelines. Cloud and hybrid ML implementations. Incorporate new data practices to drive efficiencies and revenue. Own end-to-end execution of data science projects.
