you design, build, test, deploy and operate production services end to end in an agile, product-focused team
you develop and evolve our microservice ecosystem, creating new services that are observable, resilient and horizontally scalable
you raise the quality bar by writing lean, well-tested code (unit, integration, acceptance) and using BDD where it adds value
you automate everything by codifying infrastructure and delivery (GitOps/CI/CD) to boost speed with the right guardrails
you keep production healthy by instrumenting metrics, logs and traces, and turning incidents into learning
you have 8 years of professional experience in delivering software
you bring depth in one or two areas: backend, data, observability, cloud and strong secondary skills across others, connecting dots across the stack
you are hands-on across the lifecycle - from requirements and design to implementation, testing and operations
you have significant experience in at least two of the following : Agile/Lean, BDD, DevOps/GitOps, multiple programming languages or modern UI development
