Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 4–12 years of experience to join a small, high-impact engineering team building AI-powered financial infrastructure for senior care. You'll take ownership of product initiatives end-to-end, breaking down ambiguity into shippable work and driving features into production independently. This AI-native fintech company processes $1B+ in payments annually, and this is a ground-floor opportunity to work directly with the CTO and shape both the product and engineering culture. Ideal candidates come from fintech or health tech backgrounds and thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where data integrity and speed both matter.

• Make architectural and engineering design decisions that shape the platform's direction
• Build full-stack features across React and Node.js powering payments, claims, and revenue automation for senior living operators
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex business processes into software
• Leverage AI tooling and automation to build an AI-native product experience
