Senior full-stack developer building healthcare software with a Python/FastAPI backend, React/TypeScript frontend, PostgreSQL, and cloud services on AWS/GCP. The role demands strong SQL/BigQuery skills, high test coverage, and healthcare interoperability experience (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA) with HIPAA/PHI knowledge, working full-time from Argentina.

Position: Senior Full-Stack Python Developer

Location: Argentina only

Availability: Full-time

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience

Core Requirements

Python / FastAPI (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic)
React and/or TypeScript
PostgreSQL
AWS and/or GCP
Strong SQL/BigQuery experience.
Strong testing practices and high test coverage.
Hands-on experience with FHIR R4 and HL7 v2.x and/or C-CDA.
Healthcare experience, particularly HIPAA/PHI.

A healthcare background and knowledge of interoperability standards are preferred, but initially, we’re open to considering candidates who don’t have this experience if they are technically very strong.
