Senior Full-Stack .Net Developer

EviSmart

Senior Full Stack Developer

"Most developer roles put you one layer from the product. This one puts you at the build layer of a platform that 2,000+ dental labs depend on — and your code ships to 28 countries."

WHAT EVISMART IS BUILDING

EviSmart is the leading dental Autopilot system operating across 28 countries in a $40B healthcare industry — and the Manila team builds and ships it. Not an MVP. Not a pilot. Live, in production, with thousands of dental labs and dentists depending on the platform every day to run their business.

We have multiple in-house AI teams building the next generation of dental design automation — and Manila is where it gets operationalized. We are one of the few genuinely AI-first companies in the Philippines. The models are being built here. The product is scaling here. The opportunity is here.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW

The AI layer for the dental industry has not been built yet. The product is proven, but the sprint team building it is growing — and this hire is the build layer that makes the rest of the pipeline work.

The person who joins now as Full Stack Developer doesn't inherit a finished queue. You will be the engineer who sets the standard for what "done" looks like in a sprint — building the features that internal operations teams and 2,000+ dental labs depend on daily, and doing it to the quality gate, sprint after sprint. The habits and practices you establish here become the baseline for how the engineering team scales.

Early joiners shape the standard. That is not a slogan — it is how every senior role here got built.

WHY EVISMART

• Leading dental Autopilot system in a $40B global healthcare industry — operating across 28 countries, live in production
• Multiple in-house AI teams building proprietary models — not just consuming APIs. Claude, Cursor, Luvable, and LLM-powered workflows are part of the daily stack
• Manila is not a back office. It is the delivery engine — operations, AI, product, and engineering all run from here. Your work ships globally
• We promote based on output, not tenure. The people who move fastest here are the ones who own their work completely
• 300+ people and growing — the career path is real because the company is growing into it

"I need a developer who treats the acceptance criteria like a contract — not a suggestion. The sprint team here moves fast, and the quality gates are real. What I'm looking for is someone who self-tests thoroughly before submitting, raises blockers at standup instead of swallowing them, and takes personal ownership of what they commit to in a sprint. If you need someone to check your work before you know it's done, this team will be uncomfortable. If you already know the difference between 'built' and 'done,' you'll fit in immediately."

— Juancho Penaflor, First Principles Engineer — Platform, EviSmart Manila

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Sprint delivery— build features end-to-end in C#/.NET and React/JavaScript, from user story to self-tested, Business Gate-ready submission, every sprint
• Build quality— write and run your own unit and integration tests; every acceptance criteria scenario is covered before the ticket leaves your hands
• Code standards— participate in code reviews as both reviewer and recipient; apply best practices consistently and flag what isn't meeting the bar
• Deployment readiness— assemble complete, accurate deployment packages for handoff: build, release notes, test evidence, and rollback plan. Incomplete packages come back to you
• Architectural integrity— flag conflicts between sprint requirements and the existing platform architecture before building, not after. Juancho resolves them; you surface them
• Risk signal— you are the first to know when a sprint commitment, a quality gate, or a production dependency is at risk. You raise it at standup — not in a message two days later

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• A seat at the AI table - work directly alongside in-house AI model teams using Claude, Cursor, Lovable, and LLM-powered workflows. You'll work with these tools daily, not read about them in a newsletter
• Global reach, Manila-built - EviSmart operates across 28 countries. Your code runs in production for dental labs across North America, Europe, and beyond - from your desk in Manila
• Build ownership - your sprint commits, your production releases, your name on the features that internal teams and customers depend on every day
• A concrete career path - Full Stack Developer → Senior Full Stack Developer → Principal Engineer. As the platform scales, the roles scale with it
• Above-market compensation for developers who have personally owned sprint delivery and quality gate performance. Range disclosed at first screen
• HMO coverage, 13th month pay, and all government-mandated benefits

HOW WE WORK

We share work before it's ready. We debate decisions loudly and execute them quietly. We default to fixing problems instead of escalating them. Manila is the delivery engine for a global platform — the standard is high and the pace is real.

A problem that sits for 48 hours is a retention problem. An ambiguous requirement is a build problem. We fix things before they escalate, and we expect everyone here to do the same.

If you've spent time waiting for permission to solve something obvious — you'll notice the difference on your first week.

"Why EviSmart and not a bigger company? Because at a bigger company, your work goes into a queue. Your output is handled by a template. Here, what you build ships to 28 countries. That's the kind of ownership most roles never give you — and we think the best people want it."

— EviSmart Talent Team

A NOTE ON WHAT WE'RE NOT

This is not a ticket-taking role with someone else owning the outcome. You work within a structured sprint cadence - requirements come from the Systems Analyst team, architecture is owned by a Principal Engineer, and deployment is owned by DevOps. That structure exists to let you build fast with clear handoffs, not to take ownership away from you. What you own completely is the quality of what you build and the reliability of what you commit to. If you're looking for a role where "I built it" is enough - this isn't it. If you want a role where "I built it, tested it, and it passed the gate" is the standard, that's exactly what this is.

This is not a cost-center role and Manila is not a support function. Our Manila team leads engineering and operations - the product ships from here. If you've seen 'Philippines office' mean something smaller at other companies, that is not what this is.

On AI: EviSmart's AI is not a marketing claim. We have in-house model research and development teams, and the tools we use daily - Claude, Cursor, Luvable, LLM-powered workflows - are part of the actual stack, not a slide in a deck. The next 12 months will see expanded AI pipeline infrastructure supporting dental design automation at increased scale across new markets - and the application layer that carries it needs to be built now, ahead of that growth.

WHAT WE NEED

• Hands-on development experience in C# and Microsoft .NET - where you personally owned feature delivery end-to-end, not just contributed to someone else's codebase
• A track record of full-stack ownership - front-end through back-end, with proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript and database work in MSSQL Server and Transact-SQL
• Self-testing discipline - you understand what "done" means before a ticket leaves your hands, and your Business Gate first-pass rate shows it
• The instinct to raise blockers and conflicts early - ambiguities get surfaced at sprint planning, not mid-sprint; risks get raised at standup, not in a report
• Communication that is clear, fast, and written - we are distributed and async writing is a core skill, not a soft one
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum delivery environments is a strong advantage - you'll operate within a structured sprint cadence from day one
