Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET/React) based in Italy. You will design and deliver scalable, secure applications across backend and frontend using .NET/C#, React, Redux, and JavaScript.
You will work with product and design teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, and leverage GCP. This remote-first role offers mentorship, ongoing learning, and the opportunity to influence architectural decisions while contributing to high-impact projects.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Build backend services using .NET, C#, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server. Develop responsive frontend components with React, Redux, and JavaScript. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features. Ensure performance, reliability, security, and maintainability of applications. Participate in code reviews and promote high code quality standards. Troubleshoot and optimize performance and reliability issues. Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term tech strategy. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Apply cloud and DevOps practices to improve delivery workflows. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team. Stay updated on emerging technologies and opportunities for improvement. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. At least 4 years of professional software development experience with strong .NET/C#. Solid hands-on with PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Strong frontend skills with React, Redux, and JavaScript. Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based development. Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable design. Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
