This full-time, in-person role focuses on owning client projects from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate closely with a small team of senior engineers and a project manager, directly communicating with clients about expectations and timelines. Expect to work in two-week sprints with weekly demos to clients to ensure transparency and success.
Key Responsibilities: • Own architecture, build, and deployment for client engagements • Lead two-week development sprints, demonstrating progress weekly • Engage directly with clients to prioritize scope and tasks • Collaborate with project manager to ensure deadlines are met • Mentor junior engineers as projects grow
Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of web application development experience • Proficient in TypeScript, Node, Postgres, and React frameworks • Comfortable managing AWS services independently • Proven record of delivering reliable software • Strong written communication skills for asynchronous work
