- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale.
- Solid fundamentals in software engineering: version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, containerisation (Docker), and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform).
- Good communication skills, able to work in a cross‑functional team and explain technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias for learning, staying current with the fast‑moving AI/ML landscape.
Nice to Have - Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem (MLflow, Feature Store, Genie).
- Exposure to NLP or multimodal AI.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
