Senior full stack developer / solution architect

An innovative technology-driven organisation is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of high-performance applications and platform solutions.

This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, requiring someone who can build robust systems while making key design decisions around scalability, security, integration, and performance. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and future-proof software solutions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in architecting modern applications, defining technical standards, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with both business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable full-stack applications and enterprise platforms. Architect secure and maintainable software solutions across web, cloud, and integration environments. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. Design and optimise Postgre SQL databases and data models. Implement secure authentication and authorisation frameworks. Build and support payment gateway integrations and payment workflows. Design event-driven architectures and workflow-based systems. Develop responsive user interfaces and interactive dashboards. Implement monitoring, logging, auditing, and operational observability. Lead architectural discussions and provide technical mentorship to development teams. Drive Dev Ops best practices and deployment automation. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability across all solutions. Job Experience and Skills Required: Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant cloud or architecture certifications will be advantageous Strong background in solution architecture and technical leadership. Experience developing secure, high-availability systems. Experience working with cloud-based environments and Dev Ops practices. Proven track record delivering complex software projects from concept through deployment. Strong experience with. NET Core and REST API development. Expertise in React and Next.js front-end development. Solid knowledge of Postgre SQL, database design, and performance optimisation. Experience building and supporting payment integrations and transaction-based systems. Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, and role-based security models. Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud environments. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application observability. Experience designing multi-tenant, event-driven, and marketplace platforms. Understanding of audit, compliance, fraud prevention, and workflow-driven systems. Strong architectural knowledge of scalable enterprise applications and integrations.
