Back-End Competency: Proven production experience in C# / .NET Core development and API design.
Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with SignalR, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes, ELK, and Git in distributed environments.
Engineering Excellence: Strong Software Craftsmanship mindset (SOLID design, Clean Code, TDD/BDD, automated testing).
Domain Expertise: Prior background in Capital Markets, Corporate & Investment Banking, or front-office trading systems (Rates, Pricing, Risk) is strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory for global team collaboration; French is a valuable asset / nice to have
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid model).
