About Lexful
Build the Future of KnowledgeOps.
At Lexful, we aren’t just building a tool; we are redefining how the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry operates. For decades, IT documentation has been static, fragmented, and manual—becoming an operational risk rather than an asset. We are changing that.
As the creators of the industry’s first AI-native IT documentation platform, Lexful turns "stale" data into real-time contextual intelligence. Our mission is to move MSPs away from legacy storage and toward a modern "KnowledgeOps" ecosystem. Through our intelligent assistant, "Ask Lex," we empower thousands of technicians to stop hunting for information and start solving complex problems instantly.
Joining Lexful means joining a team of industry veterans and innovators backed by Top Down Ventures. We are a security-first, product-led company dedicated to eliminating "tribal knowledge" and building the autonomous infrastructure of the future. If you are passionate about AI, automation, and making a massive impact on a global industry, you’ll find a home here.
