• Design end‑to‑end technical solutions by translating business requirements into system architecture, user stories, and actionable development plans.
• Lead code reviews and guide mid‑level developers through complex design challenges, building technical capability across the team.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and resilience gaps in existing systems, then design and implement targeted solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance, and offshore teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions on time.
• Ensure all production deployments meet operational readiness standards by providing oversight of design and implementation reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

• 6+ years working with DevOps pipelines and tooling, including Jenkins, Bamboo, UrbanCode, Maven, and Gradle, within Agile and SCRUM delivery frameworks.
