Senior Full Stack Developer – Hotel/Tourism Software! – Remote

Join the Resly Squad as a Senior Full Stack Developer!

Love solving complex technical problems? Enjoy building products that scale? Want to influence architecture, mentor other developers and help shape the future of a growing SaaS platform? We should talk.

At Resly, we’re building one of the leading property management platforms for the accommodation industry, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help us take our engineering team to the next level.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply pick up tickets and write code.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving meaningful technical challenges, and contributing to the bigger picture. Someone who wants to influence how we build software, improve engineering practices, and help shape the future of our platform as we continue to scale.

About Resly

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company building software that powers accommodation providers across Australia and New Zealand. Our Product & Engineering team is entering an exciting stage of growth. We’re investing heavily in our platform, our people and our engineering capability, creating an environment where senior developers have genuine influence over technical direction, architecture and the way we work. We’re a remote-first team across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka, with our HQ based on the Gold Coast.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to build software that’s scalable, maintainable and genuinely loved by our customers.

• Design, build and deliver high-quality features across the full stack.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges from design through to delivery.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision making.
• Collaborate with Product to shape solutions, not just implement requirements.
• Mentor and support other developers while helping lift engineering standards.
• Improve code quality, testing practices and deployment processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability and developer experience.
• Continuously look for better ways of building great software.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have:

• Significant experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer building modern web applications.
• Strong experience with Node.js and React (or similar technologies).
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable software used in production environments.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing and code reviews.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge ideas, contribute to discussions and collaborate across teams.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• Next.js
• TypeScript
• GCP or Firebase
• Large-scale SaaS platforms
• System architecture or platform scaling initiatives
• Mentoring developers or leading technical projects

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Be part of a company that’s growing rapidly and investing heavily in Product & Engineering.

• Work remotely from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
• Help shape the technical direction of a rapidly growing SaaS platform.
• Work with modern technologies including React, Next.js and Node.js.
• Have genuine ownership over what you build.
• Influence architecture and engineering standards.
• Join a collaborative team that values curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement.
