We're building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of travel commerce.

Working at Mobi

We believe the best ideas emerge when diverse perspectives come together, so we’re building a team that truly reflects that belief. If you’re energized by complex challenges, inspired by working alongside thoughtful teammates, and passionate about building technology that enhances—rather than replaces—what makes us human, you’ll feel right at home here.

Our work is centered on five core values:

Show up, be you. We welcome every kind of thinker, maker, and teammate: quiet or bold, methodical or messy, with all their talents and quirks. Inclusion isn’t a checkbox—it’s how we connect, grow together, and do our best work.
Be scrappy, stay steady. We’re resilient and quick on our feet, adapting with creativity and staying grounded when things shift.
Create transparency, collaborate better. We believe knowledge grows when it’s shared. Clear, open communication builds trust and strengthens collaboration.
Foster community, be compassionate. We show up for our teammates, customers, and neighbors. Strong businesses grow from relationships built with care and grounded in shared effort.
Build thoughtfully, create impact. We design for clarity, build for scale, and measure success through real-world impact.

About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Mobi, you will join a highly creative, fast-paced and fearless team tasked with building the next generation of AI-driven solutions.

We’re seeking a passionate and innovative Frontend Engineer to help define the next generation of intelligent customer experiences at the intersection of travel and AI. In this role, you’ll build elegant, highly interactive user interfaces that power AI-driven search and recommendation systems, virtual concierge services, and data-rich dashboards for analytics and visualization. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into beautiful, intuitive digital experiences — from concept through delivery.

You’ll be working on cutting-edge products that integrate with state-of-the-art AI platforms, including interactive AI assistants and app integrations based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This includes helping define how users interact with models and immersive AI interfaces beyond plain text — building experiences that connect ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to brand ecosystems with rich, responsive visual UIs rather than just conventional text responses. MCP Apps, a new extension of the MCP standard, enables real-time interactive components within AI chat environments, and you’ll help leverage this technology to create seamless, useful tools for our customers.

We work with major global brands and industry leaders to shape the search and concierge experience for their users. Some client engagements involve deep collaboration to understand unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions, while others push the boundaries of what’s possible with evolving AI ecosystems. If you thrive at the intersection of bleeding-edge technologies, customer engagement, and beautifully designed front-end systems, this is your opportunity to make a major impact.
