• Working knowledge of DevOps practices for managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries at scale
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (a11y), and web performance optimization
• Solid verbal and written communication and consultant/client-facing skills;
  a true consultant who takes initiative and is a self-starter

What makes you stand out from the pack:

• You have pushed UI code into production and have shipped multiple complex web applications to market
• You are a true craftsperson in frontend development—someone who is an avid practitioner and stays current with modern web technologies
• You have worked on long-term tenures at enterprise-level organizations, building sophisticated user interfaces at scale
• You enjoy coaching junior engineers on frontend best practices, but want to remain hands-on with code
