• Define and monitor key operating metrics, connect them to financial outcomes, and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Diagnose the root causes behind margin performance and communicate key risks and insights to leadership.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning across business units.
• Partner with finance leadership to prepare materials and analysis for the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and other financial stakeholders.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial insights that support sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and sound business decisions.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a technology or SaaS organization.

• Proven experience independently managing complex FP&A processes and serving as a trusted finance business partner to Engineering or other technical organizations.
• Strong experience with headcount planning, operating expense forecasting, cost-driver analysis, and financial modeling.
• Exposure to corporate FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and Board reporting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics, including ARR, CAC, and margin structures.
• Proficiency with financial planning and enterprise finance tools such as NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning, as well as advanced Google Sheets modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights for both finance and functional stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can independently manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across the organization.

Benefits:
