JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Why work for Greystar?

Step into a role at the centre of Greystar's APAC growth, and help shape how we plan, forecast and report our growing APAC region.

Greystar is a global leader in real estate investment, development and property management, rapidly expanding across the Australian market. As part of our APAC finance team, you'll work alongside finance and operations colleagues across the region, backed by a business that operates at global scale but moves with real agility. We offer flexible hybrid work options, wellness programs and gym classes, birthday leave, and tailored learning pathways to support your ongoing growth.

Opportunity Overview:

As Greystar's APAC platform grows, so does the need for sharp, commercially minded people to help run it. Based in Sydney, you'll own FP&A end-to-end across Singapore, South Korea, Australia and Japan, spanning our PBSA and BTR assets. You’ll partner closely across the business and with heads of department, sharpening reporting, forecasting and process, and building smarter, more automated ways of working as we scale.

A genuinely broad role with real ownership over how we plan, forecast and improve.
